Willow considers our spaces a gift to be shared with our community, whether you’re joining us for our free playgrounds, independently working in a coffee shop, using a free meeting space or reserving space, we are excited to host you.
*Please note, we are unable to host events primarily focused on fundraising, whether for for-profit or nonprofit organizations, as this is not permitted under the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt regulations that govern our organization.

We’re making a few updates! In 2026, we’ll be offering outside rentals exclusively at our Crystal Lake and South Barrington locations, where we have the best spaces and amenities to support your event. We’d love for you to take a look at the rooms and venues available at these campuses.
