Here are our most commonly asked questions.
Do I need to attend Willow to use the spaces?
No—our building is open to the public during open hours. Everyone is welcome.
What are your open Building hours?
Our open building hours are:
- Monday: 8:00am–2:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am–9:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am–9:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am–9:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am–2:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am–12:00pm
- Sunday: 7:00am–3:00pm
What are The Coffee Shop hours?
- Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Deli Cart Tue-Thu 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Saturday closed
- Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where do I park and enter the building?
Please park in Lot F and enter through Door F. A host will be available to welcome you and help with any questions.

The dates above do not reflect the Pathways Learning Academy calendar. For more information regarding PLA closure dates, check with the school director.
What spaces are available during open building hours?
Available spaces include:
- Atrium seating
- Coffee Shop
- First Come, First Serve private rooms
- Indoor playground (with limited weekday availability)
The Indoor Playground is closed to the public M-F 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for Pathways Learning Academy. Visit The Coffee shop or have lunch in the atrium while you wait for it to re-open.
All spaces remain open to the public unless otherwise noted.
Can I use the space for remote work?
Yes! Our atrium and coffee shop are great for remote work, with free WiFi and comfortable seating available.
Are there private areas for phone calls or meetings?
Yes. In addition to open seating, private rooms are available and can be reserved free of charge in 2-hour blocks through the host desk.
How do I contact someone if I have questions?
Click on the “Contact Us” button and send us an email. Someone from our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
No special requirements—just bring what you need for your work, meeting, or gathering. Plan accordingly since spaces are shared and remain open to the public.
Do you allow smoking/vaping?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outdoors within a 15-foot radius of any entrance, exit, patio, playground, window that opens, or ventilation intake at all Willow locations.
