Open Building Hours & Space Use

Here you’ll find information about times and spaces available to the public during our open building hours. Whether you’re hosting/joining a celebration, looking for a place to work remotely, or need a private space for a meeting or small group, this page will help you understand what’s available and how to make the most of it.

 Our open building hours are:

  • Monday  8am-2pm
  • Tuesday  8am-9pm
  • Wednesday  8am-9pm
  • Thursday  8am-9pm
  • Friday  8am-2pm
  • Saturday  7am-12pm
  • Sunday  7am-3pm

Just park in parking lot F and enter through the F entrance, and a host will be there to assist you.

 

Do you work remote? Need a quiet space to work and enjoy free WiFi?

Our building offers welcoming spaces designed to support your remote work needs. The atrium and coffee shop provide comfortable, open environments where you can settle in and get work done. If you need something more private, we also offer small meeting rooms and phone spaces for focused work or virtual calls. Our “First Come, First Serve” rooms can be reserved in 2-hour time blocks, giving you flexibility when you need a quieter setting.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building, and our Coffee Shop is open Monday–Friday from 8:30am–1:30pm, offering coffee and snacks to enjoy while you work. We even have a deli cart available for sandwiches, soups, and other specials Tuesday-Thursday 11:30am-1:30pm.

 

Need a private space for a meeting or your small group gathering?

Our “First Come, First Serve rooms are flexible, private spaces designed to meet a variety of needs. Whether you’re working remotely, hosting a small group, studying, or simply looking for a quiet place to make phone calls, these rooms are available to support you. Offered in reservable 2-hour time blocks, they provide a convenient and comfortable option for individuals or small gatherings during our open building hours.

When you arrive, please stop at the desk as you enter through Door F, and one of our hosts will be happy to help you reserve a private room.

Free Celebration Spaces

Our atrium and indoor playground are available at no cost during open building hours, providing a welcoming space for all types of celebrations. Whether you’re gathering for a birthday, milestone, or simply spending time together, these spaces are open and accessible to everyone.

Please note that both areas remain open to the public during your celebration. The indoor playground is reserved for Pathways Learning Academy Monday–Friday from 10:30–11:30am, making this a great time to utilize the atrium or coffee shop for the food portion of your gathering. We’re glad to offer a space where you can celebrate and connect.

Private Celebration Spaces

Looking for the perfect space for your next birthday, anniversary, or graduation party? Willow Spaces offers a variety of venues to host your special event! You bring the food, supplies, and entertainment—we provide the space.

Celebration locations

  • South Barrington: The Loft, The Link, B100, F252 (includes optional access to the lower indoor playground) – more pictures coming soon!

Celebration time slots

  • Fridays: 3–5 p.m. or 5–7 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m.–12 p.m. or 2–4 p.m.

Celebration Package: $200

Package includes a 4-hour space rental:

  • 1 hour for setup

  • 2 hours for your event

  • 1 hour for cleanup

Standard setup includes tables, chairs, and a TV cart (upon request).

Guest limit: Up to 50 people.
Booking requires at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Custom setups, events with more than 50 guests, or extended rental times are available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Package pricing does not apply to these customizations.
