Ready to Reserve Space?
Please submit your requests for smaller events at least two weeks in advance of the event. For larger events, additional lead time may be required.
Our 2025 event calendar is fully booked, but we still have limited availability for celebrations at our South Barrington campus. We’re now accepting 2026 bookings at campuses able to host your event!
The following are blackout dates for event requests at all our locations:
- December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026
- March 30, 2026 – April 5, 2026
- June 29, 2026 – July 4, 2026
- December 22, 2026 – January 2, 2027
